PROPERTY RENOVATION OF A HOUSE IN THE INNER CITY

The building is located in Vetulonia, a village in Castiglione della Pescaia municipality. It’s a house made up of three real estate units and it is built on three floors and one basement.

It has two independent accesses.

The renovation works concerned the restoration or replacement of some constituent elements of the building, the removal, the change and the integration of new components and the adjustment innovations for anti-seismic legislation.

In particular, the team project deals with:

• slab, roof and internal walls demolition
• renovation of the entire roof, realization of the hoops to connect two rooms in the basement
• replacement of the fixtures
• construction of the plants
